Jubilee Food Market Waco

Jubilee Food Market at 1505 North 15th Street in Waco, TX participated in the Add Milk! program from May 2022 to May 2023. SNAP recipients who spent $1 on a qualifying milk purchase with their SNAP EBT card earned a $1 coupon towards their next purchase!  

How it worked:

1.  Customers would use their SNAP EBT Lone Star card to purchase a qualifying milk product from Jubilee Food Market. Qualifying milk products are any size 1%, skim, or fat-free fluid cow’s milk, including lactose-free milk, that is pasteurized, unflavored, and unsweetened.  

2. On the receipt from the qualifying milk purchase, a barcode was printed. This barcode served as the coupon.  

3. The coupon could be used to get SNAP eligible products free on the next transaction or purchase. The coupon could be redeemed, like cash, for any SNAP eligible items sold at Jubilee Food Market. More than one coupon could be used in the same transaction.  

4. Coupons would expire 60 days after they were issued, and could only be used at Jubilee Food Market.
